Annie Livesey (Artist) trained at Harrogate College and LCAD.
Most of Annies work is "site based". She has worked on projects as diverse as a landfill site and the Metro in Paris. In 2009 she was artist in residence for Fewston Heritage Project in North Yorkshire. Sites of interest are visited many times and recorded in drawings, photographs, prints and casts of found objects. The resulting body of work is taken back to the studio and worked on there.
She has done painting demonstrations, taught at art clubs, been the ‘visiting artist’ in schools and has exhibited widely in the North of England.
She is also the artist for dogend designs which produces business logos, caricatures and bespoke cards.
In 2010 she moved to the South of France where she continues to work in mixed media.
Visit the gallery to view some examples of her recent work. Commissions undertaken.
